huh... it's not easy as it seems...
i've spent half day in drafting/writing 'the love letter' to that particular consultant....
letter of disappointment + to held them liable + request replacement + ...
wahhhh.... so many pluses in a letter !!!
aaarrrggggg... susah nyer... need to put down proper words, need to be thisss.... need to be thatsss....
